Ecce Homo by Evelyn Bencicova

Ecce Homo is a series of abstract, nude portraits by Slovakian photographer, Evelyn Bencicova, who is now based in Berlin. The series’ Latin title translates into the phrase ‘behold the man’, spoken byPontius Pilate when he presented a Jesus, scrounged. The phrase has now come to refer to the degradation of human life that occurs in acts of violence, which is why the models are nude and faceless, with Bencicova stating, “It can be about everyone. Anyone."

Cinema by Franck Bohbot

French-born photographer, Franck Bohbot, now based in New York, travelled to California, the home of the American film industry. There, he photographed beautifully elaborate cinemas during the hours in which they had been vacated.

Oleg Oprisco's photography

Oleg Oprisco is fine arts photographer, based in Ukraine. Working exclusively with film, he creates incredible, ethereal images. Each photograph tells a unique story in itself, with Oprisco reluctant to create a series, stating "... the more pictures there are in a project, the less the viewer really concentrates on each one of them. There are many photographic series, but few truly outstanding shots."
