Alexander McQueen- The Horn of Plenty

Alexander McQueen's Fall 2009 collection, titled The Horn of Plenty, marked the brand's fifteenth anniversary. As such, this collection was presented as a retrospective of fashion, with particular regards to 1950s haute couture, with an emphasis on the theme of recycling and renewal. The set featured rubbish pile of debris, much of which were props from McQueen's previous collections spray-painted black. The book Alexander McQueen: Working Process by Nick Waplington, documented this collection's creation.
